I am an educator driven by a singular mission: to bring out the best in every student by listening, caring, and modeling the values essential for a life well lived. Across four decades in the Carabobo educational community, I have blended academic leadership with a lifelong passion for health and character.
Coaching philosophy
I coach the person first, the athlete second. Education does not end at the classroom door. My work has always been about building environments — on the field, in the gym, in the principal's office — where people feel supported to reach their highest potential.
The same is true of language. Confidence comes before fluency. When you feel supported, you speak — and when you speak, you learn.
